The Uncake name was inspired by a customer comment about how our Black Forest Macaron Cake is unlike ANY other cake.

Long before buzzwords like gluten-free and flourless became common place, Swiss Pastry shop was blazing the trail with our Black Forest Cake. It is made with three simple ingredients: egg white, pure cane sugar and crushed almonds then baked into crisp meringue layers. These layers are then filled and garnished with sweetened whipped cream and gourmet chocolate shavings. Black Forest is light, crunchy and delicious without leaving that heavy, “I can’t eat another bite” sensation.

    At Swiss Pastry Shop, our menus reflect our “leave room for dessert” philosophy.
